Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
This policy explains what personal data Nineta LLC collects through this website, why, and what rights you have over it. We collect as little data as possible and never sell it.
1. Who is responsible for your data
- Data controller
- Nineta LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (file number 10793943)
- Registered office
- 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958, United States
- Privacy contact
- contact@nineta-llc.com
2. Data we collect
Through the contact form, when you choose to send it:
- your name and, if you give it, your company name;
- your email address;
- the services you are interested in, your budget range and the description of your project.
When you email us: your email address and the content of your messages.
Technical data: like any website, our host automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the date and time of your visit, for security and to keep the site running.
We do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not include any in your messages.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your request and prepare a quote. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- To carry out a project if you become a client, including invoicing and accounting. Legal basis: performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations.
- To keep the website secure and working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a safe website.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not send newsletters without your separate consent, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
4. Who receives it
Your data is only accessible to Nineta LLC and to the service providers we need to run the website and reply to you:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which hosts the website, processes contact form submissions and delivers them, along with emails sent to our address, to our inbox;
- Proton AG (Switzerland), which provides our email inbox;
- Google LLC (United States), which provides the Google Fonts used on this website. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google's servers to download the fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google.
These providers act on our behalf under their own data protection terms. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
Nineta LLC and most of its service providers are based in the United States, and our email provider is based in Switzerland. If you contact us from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another country, your data may be transferred to these countries. Where required, these transfers rely on the safeguards offered by our providers, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
6. How long we keep it
- Requests that do not lead to a project: up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted.
- Client data: for the duration of the business relationship, then for as long as accounting and tax laws require.
- Technical logs: according to our host's retention periods, usually a few weeks.
7. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites. Only strictly necessary technical mechanisms may be used by our host to deliver the pages and protect the contact form against spam.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can:
- access the data we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
- have it corrected or deleted;
- restrict or object to its use;
- receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before.
To use these rights, write to contact@nineta-llc.com. We reply within one month. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom and believe your rights have not been respected, you can also complain to your local data protection authority, for example the CNIL in France.
Residents of US states with privacy laws (such as California): we do not sell or share your personal information for targeted advertising, and you have the rights to know, correct and delete it as described above.
9. Security
The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to form submissions and emails is limited to Nineta LLC. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
10. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
